Data Deletion Instructions

Effective October 27, 2026

You may request deletion of information associated with your use of Attentional Portal or our connected-platform integrations, including Attentional Ad Review. This request process is available to all integration users and business clients, regardless of location.

How to submit a request

Use our contact form and include:

  • Begin your message with “Data deletion request” and identify the service or connected platform concerned.
  • Your name, business name, and contact email.
  • The relevant advertising account, page, or profile name and ID, if available.
  • A description of the information you want deleted.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other credentials.

What happens next

We may verify your identity and authority over the relevant business or assets before processing the request. We honor valid deletion requests and delete the associated connected-platform data from our systems as soon as reasonably possible, unless retention is required by law. We also make reasonable efforts to ensure our service providers, including AI service providers, delete the associated data. We will explain any applicable legally required retention and provider retention limitations.

Removing our access through a connected platform stops future retrieval through that authorization but does not necessarily delete information already stored by Attentional. Submit a deletion request if you also want stored information removed.

Some service providers apply their own retention schedules. Anthropic does not support ad hoc deletion of individual paid API submissions. Its standard API policy provides for automatic deletion of inputs and outputs within 30 days, subject to exceptions including separately stored files, contractual arrangements, model-specific requirements, usage-policy enforcement, and legal obligations. We use available deletion mechanisms and seek provider assistance where necessary. When responding to a deletion request, we explain any applicable provider retention limitations.
