Privacy Policy

Effective August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Attentional collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or submit information to us.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, website, message, and information included in an access request or job application.

We may also automatically receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages visited. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to operate, secure, and understand use of the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate access requests and job applications, provide and improve our services and website, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We may share information with vendors that help us operate our website and business, with professional advisers, in connection with a corporate transaction, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics that does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic and prevent abuse. Turnstile runs security checks in your browser and processes technical signals needed for that purpose. When you submit a form, a short-lived verification token and your IP address may be sent to Cloudflare for validation. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit form entries or other page inputs.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also adjust your browser settings to limit cookies. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update its effective date.

Governing law

This policy and any dispute relating to our privacy practices are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
