Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Performance Media Operational Company LLC, doing business as Attentional (“Attentional,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website or use our advertising, reporting, review, and related services, including Attentional Portal.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, website, messages, and information included in an access request, service inquiry, or job application.

When you use our services, we may also receive business information, advertising materials, account details, and instructions that you or your organization provide.

Website and technical information

We may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages visited. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to operate, secure, and understand use of the website.

Information from connected advertising platforms

When a business authorizes access to advertising accounts, pages, profiles, or other business assets, we receive information through the connected platform’s APIs.

Depending on the permissions granted and services enabled, this information may include:

  • Business, page, profile, and advertising account names and identifiers.
  • Campaign, ad set or ad group, ad, and creative information.
  • Advertising copy, images, videos, destination URLs, and related metadata.
  • Advertising status, settings, targeting and audience-exclusion configuration information.
  • Review decisions, notes, and history associated with advertising content.
  • Performance information, such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions.

We also process access tokens and related authorization information needed to operate authorized connections. We access connected assets within the permissions granted to our integration.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate access requests and job applications.
  • Provide and support our website, Portal, and requested services.
  • Review advertising content and monitor advertising activity.
  • Prepare advertising performance reports and analytics.
  • Carry out authorized advertising-management instructions where those functions are enabled.
  • Diagnose integration errors and maintain service reliability.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We process information from connected advertising platforms to provide the applicable business’s authorized services, consistent with the permissions granted and the relevant platform’s applicable terms.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website and deliver our services, including hosting, infrastructure, security, maintenance, and support providers.

Information from connected advertising platforms may be made available to the authorizing business, publishers involved in the relevant advertising review or relationship, and personnel authorized to support those services. We also use communication service providers to deliver service notifications, which may include advertising identifiers, status, review information, and performance summaries. Sharing of connected-platform data is subject to the relevant platform’s applicable terms and restrictions.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law, or where necessary to protect rights and safety. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable legal and platform restrictions.

We do not sell personal information for money or sell data obtained from connected advertising platforms. We do not disclose one client’s nonpublic connected-platform data to another client for that other client’s purposes.

External AI processing

We send advertising text, headlines, images, and video content to Anthropic through its API to assess compliance with Attentional’s and participating publishers’ policies. This includes content obtained from connected advertising platforms and materials provided by you or your organization. Anthropic processes these materials as a service provider for the compliance review. Information appearing within the copy or media is included in that processing.

Cloudflare hosting and Turnstile

We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website. Cloudflare may process network and device information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or optional visitor analytics on this website.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic and prevent abuse. Turnstile performs browser security checks and processes technical signals for that purpose. When you submit a form, a short-lived verification token and your IP address may be sent to Cloudflare for validation.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet applicable legal obligations.

We retain connected-platform data only while necessary for a legitimate business purpose consistent with the relevant platform’s applicable terms. We delete it as soon as reasonably possible when it is no longer needed, when a valid user or client deletion request applies, when the relevant service ends as required by the applicable platform terms, or when the platform requires deletion, unless retention is required by law. We also make reasonable efforts to ensure our service providers delete the associated data.

Where information must be retained by law, we retain it for the applicable legal requirement.

Some service providers apply their own retention schedules. Anthropic does not support ad hoc deletion of individual paid API submissions. Its standard API policy provides for automatic deletion of inputs and outputs within 30 days, subject to exceptions including separately stored files, contractual arrangements, model-specific requirements, usage-policy enforcement, and legal obligations. We use available deletion mechanisms and seek provider assistance where necessary. When responding to a deletion request, we explain any applicable provider retention limitations.

Disconnecting an integration

You or your organization may revoke our access through the relevant platform’s business or integration settings, or contact us for assistance.

Revoking access prevents future retrieval through the revoked authorization. It does not necessarily delete information previously stored by Attentional. To request deletion of stored information, follow the instructions below.

Request deletion of connected-platform data

All users and business clients of our integrations may request deletion of their associated connected-platform data, regardless of location.

Submit a request through our contact form and:

  • State “Data deletion request” and identify the service or connected platform concerned.
  • Provide your name, business name, and contact email.
  • Identify the connected account, page, or profile and describe the information you want deleted.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other credentials.

We may verify your identity and authority over the relevant business or assets before processing the request. We honor valid deletion requests and delete the associated connected-platform data from our systems as soon as reasonably possible, unless retention is required by law. We also make reasonable efforts to ensure our service providers, including AI service providers, delete the associated data. We will explain any applicable legally required retention and provider retention limitations.

Your other privacy choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to request access to or correction of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can submit these requests through our contact form . We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
